Load Life Stability: Ratio stability with maximum continuous operating voltage applied to the divider for 1000 hours at +85°C, ratio change 0.02% max.
Overvoltage: 1.5 times rated voltage for 5 seconds, ratio change 0.02% max.
Thermal Shock: Mil-Std-202. Method 107, Cond. A, except minimum temperature is -40°C, ratio change 0.02% max.
Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C
